When will my order arrive?

Will my item look exactly like the photos?
We aim to represent every product as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, grain, stone pattern, or hand-finished details may occur depending on the material and production process.
Screen settings and lighting conditions may also cause colors to appear slightly different. These subtle variations make each piece feel uniquely its own while preserving the overall design.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To help preserve your jewelry:
- Keep it away from water, perfume, lotions, household chemicals, and excessive moisture.
- Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

- Store each piece separately in a dry place to reduce scratching and oxidation.
Sterling silver may naturally develop a patina over time. This is normal and can usually be removed with a suitable silver-polishing cloth.
How should I care for my décor?
Keep décor pieces away from prolonged direct sunlight, high humidity, water, and strong heat. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid chemical cleaners or abrasive materials, particularly on painted, plated, felted, wooden, or stone surfaces.
Does my order come in gift-ready packaging?
Jewelry orders arrive in Fauna Muse branded packaging, making them suitable for gifting or safekeeping. Selected décor pieces may arrive in a branded pouch or protective packaging appropriate for the item.
